Quality Assurance/Project Manager (July 2005-October 2010)
Responsibilities:
- Project Manager for all testing resources and deliverables (Test, Configuration Management, Test Data Management, Environment Management, etc.).
- Actively participated in requirements reviews and all project planning activities.

Software Development Business Analyst (2002-May 2005)
Responsible for client software implementation installs and upgrades. Accountable for acquiring design feature requirements from client; conveying requirements to developers, managing project during development, creating and/or executing test plans/test cases on new features.
Acquired requirements, produced design specifications, created screen diagrams, managed development team on a 6 month time line to produce new reservations application, and successfully implemented a new reservations system to client in desired time line. Continue to manage client requests for changes and upgrades to software.
Responsible for setting up and maintaining in-house testing development environment. Testing Databases in both Oracle and MSSQL.
Product Support (2001-2002)
Responsible for knowing and understanding all aspects of the companies’ software products. Worked directly with developers and management on new designs and software releases. Responsible for issuing developers their daily tasks for the week/day and managing their workload.
