I have completed 10 weeks of CrossFit, working out 3 days a week. I’m so thankful for everyone at CrossFit Flower Mound for helping me get stronger, both mentally and physically. Not only have I lost weight and inches, but my confidence, focus and drive have grown in leaps. I have done things I never thought I could do, I have pushed myself when I thought I couldn’t go anymore and I have proven to myself that I can do more then I ever imagined.
I look forward to continuing to improve each and every week.
