175/366: Upper Cascades Falls
The final waterfall we hiked to at Hanging Rock State Park in North Carolina was Upper Cascades Falls. This was an easy hike going down, but one hell-of-a hike going back up. However, the beauty in the upper cascades falls was worth the trip. The rocks have a beautiful amber color as the water cascades down the large cliff and make a cool water swimming hole. I appreciate the father who asked his kids to get out of the way so I could capture this piece of beauty, if not for him, we may have been there a few hours waiting for the kids to finish swimming. This photo was captured with my Lee Filters Circular Polarizer and Big Stopper for an exposure time of 24 seconds at f/8.0, ISO 100, 14mm.
