It involves testing beyond normal operational capacity, often to a breaking point, in order to observe the results. <p>Stress comes in all different forms, avenues, symbols, relationships, factors and definitions.  For as many solutions exist for releasing stress, I have found just as many definitions for stress.  The one common link I find in all the definitions for stress between each environment is <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>strength</strong></span> vs. <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>failure</strong></span>.  The concept of beating the normal, only the excel at the maximum unknown.</p>
<p>We, as humans, tend to look at <strong>stress</strong> in our daily life as a point of contention.  We tend to get all uptight when stressed.  What if we were to look at this <strong>stress</strong> differently, what if we were to realize we are just being pushed to see our maximum potential, not failure.  To see if we can succeed at a higher pace of living, a higher sustainable state of being.  Next time you are stressed, take a deep breath and realize, there is a deeper purpose then the frustration <span style="text-decoration: underline;">you</span> have chosen to feel.  Turn your attitude around and look for the <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>maximum unknown</strong></span>, instead of the <span style="color: #999999;">normal</span>.</p>
